Shipping Policy

 ASMI offers Shipping in the United States on all orders and International Shipping on our online store.

All International orders will be sent International Mail calculated at time of purchase based on International Mail shipping calculations. Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day, and will arrive in 2 - 3 business days after shipped (United States Post Office) based on regular shipping estimated times. In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

ASMI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 6 WEEKS TO SHIP depending on shipping times and delays. If you order other items in addition to a made to order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to ASMI, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
