Returns & Exchanges

At ASMI, we strive to provide each and every guest with an experience that makes them feel confident and happy in their purchase. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

-Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date for jewelry and handmade accessories.

-Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.

-Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to store credit.

-All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to store credit at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

-All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Goods damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange.

-Special orders are not eligible for exchanges. Special orders include any items that are not in standard stock on the Asmistyle website, or items that have been changed under special request of the customer.


Follow these steps to return merchandise by mail:

  • Contact us at 859-905-0344 or to receive your Return Authorization Number and Return Label. Upon approval, once the RA Number has been issued, it will be valid for 7 business days for returns.
  • Please return your item with the return label sent to the email address on your account. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box prior to shipping. Packages without this number will not be accepted.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the Return Label:

Asmi is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
